General home assessment with photos, including lanai and garage

Walk exterior perimeter of single family homes to observe pool, screens, signs of vandalism, etc.

​

Check for evidence of water leaks or damage

 

Check for visual signs of mold and mildew

 

Check for signs of insects and/or rodents

 

A/C and humidity check, reset if necessary

 

Run faucets, sink disposals and flush commodes

 

Check that main water valves is turned off after each inspection (unless otherwise requested by client)

 

Check electric panel for tripped breakers, ensure electric water heater breaker is off

 

Home Watch Inspection report completed during each home watch inspection

 

IMMEDIATE reporting of any abnormalities to client
