Brandon is a certified graduate of the Florida Home Watch Training Program, who has passed a thorough background check. In addition to his home watch business, he has experience as a licensed Illinois Property Manager and a partner with Smartspace Property Management.

We conduct systematic, comprehensive visits of your home looking for any irregularities. We are trained and experienced in how to recognize potential problems early so they don't become a disaster.
Each visit to your home is documented with our QRID app. You are provided with pictures, a time stamp and checklist sent to you upon completion.
We also have a whole team of contractors, handymen and other providers available 24/7 to address any emergencies.
